Defend employers in wage & hour litigation and related employment disputes
Work under a senior attorney to learn the firm's proven approach
Handle research, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial prep
Billables ~1,800–1,850 hours annually (150/month + 5 admin hours)
Qualification
Required
Ideally 2–5 years of wage & hour/employment defense litigation experience
Active California Bar
Strong trial fundamentals (motions, discovery, depositions)
Long tenure stability (no frequent job-hoppers; prefer candidates who stay and grow)
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance boutique
Preferred
Mandarin or Cantonese speaking
Prior sports/team experience (they value that teamwork mindset)
