Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers to address inquiries related to accounts receivable and billing
Process invoices, checks, and customer payments efficiently and accurately
Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies and overdrafts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of customer invoices and billing processes
Utilize software programs and Microsoft Office Suites to maintain accurate records and reports
Deliver attentive and timely customer service to address concerns and build rapport
Monitor accounts receivable activities to ensure compliance with accounting procedures
Assist with hiring processes and training new team members as needed
Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounts receivable operations
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction regarding their accounts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting functions
Strong customer service skills with an attentive and approachable manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and other relevant software programs
Ability to handle inbound calls and effectively address customer inquiries
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with invoice processing, check handling, and resolving account discrepancies
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
