Analyze business needs, user requirements, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Support implementation of initiatives, including testing, reporting, and performance management
Coordinate with business units to deliver training programs and share best practices
Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and operational documentation
Serve as subject matter expert for assigned functions, ensuring effective system use and process performance
Identify barriers and recommend solutions for process redesign and operational enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
Preferred
Project management, benefits, pricing, contracting, claims, or provider reimbursement experience
Knowledge of managed care systems or claims payment systems
Structured testing experience
