Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive HR matters
Experience collaborating with diverse faculty and staff
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
