Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to align finance operations with sustainable development goals and best-in-class ESG practices
Oversee financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable financial reporting standards
Develop and manage budgets
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support sustainability-driven projects and investments
Integrate ESG principles into financial decision-making, working closely with internal leadership and external stakeholders

Required

10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, corporate finance, project finance, or related fields, with increasing responsibility

Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills to evaluate and implement sustainable financial practices
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate sustainability objectives into financial frameworks

Preferred

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with international financial standards (e.g., IFRS) and sustainability frameworks (e.g., ESG reporting standards, SDGs, climate finance principles) is a strong advantage
