Build and maintain detailed financial forecasts and models
Manage the budget and ensure spending supports strategic growth
Prepare investor materials and support future fundraising rounds
Create the processes and systems needed to scale the company
Plan staffing for multiple complex industrial projects
Run people operations, including payroll, contracts, and onboarding
Oversee insurance, visas, and international business administration
Qualification
Required
Experience in growing technology companies, investment organisations, consulting, or banking
Strong financial modelling skills and high mathematical ability
Ability to run operations and finance independently
Clear communication, strong organisation, and a track record of excellence
Comfort working in fast-changing environments and visiting large industrial sites
