Go Store It - Self Storage is a leading provider of secure and convenient storage solutions, with over 150 locations spanning 23 states. They are seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to assist with training new hires, updating unit statuses, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and operationally efficient.

Responsibilities
Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid
Training new hires following training manually
Updating unit status
Adjusting rates
Handling customer escalations not related to employee complaints
Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of
Qualification
Required
High school graduation or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation
