Responsibilities
Keep vendor contracts, renewals, and service schedules organized and up to date — no surprises, no missed deadlines
Manage essential property services like landscaping, snow removal, trash, pest control, cleaning supplies, elevators, internet, and security
Track all vendor information in one place — keeping records clean, current, and accessible
Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, Assets and IT to make sure every location has what it needs to function smoothly
Create and maintain checklists, trackers, and renewal calendars to stay ahead of service cycles
Support budgeting and reporting by keeping costs, timelines, and deliverables accurate
Build relationships with reliable partners who share our commitment to quality and consistency
Qualification
Required
Ability to keep vendor contracts, renewals, and service schedules organized and up to date
Experience managing essential property services like landscaping, snow removal, trash, pest control, cleaning supplies, elevators, internet, and security
Ability to track all vendor information in one place, keeping records clean, current, and accessible
Experience coordinating with Operations, Accounting, Assets, and IT
Ability to create and maintain checklists, trackers, and renewal calendars
Experience supporting budgeting and reporting by keeping costs, timelines, and deliverables accurate
Ability to build relationships with reliable partners
