Oversee and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from inception to completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client requirements
Coordinate engineering activities
Supervise construction management processes
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Project Management
Strong skills in Project Engineering, including planning, execution, and oversight
Experience with Construction Management and Construction processes
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with project management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively
Preferred
PMP Certification or equivalent is highly desirable
