They are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and grounds work, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

Responsibilities
Performs minor electrical maintenance
Performs minor plumbing maintenance
Performs general construction such as painting, carpentry in connection with smaller tenant improvement projects, or general maintenance of property
Performs janitorial maintenance which may include cleaning rooms, common hallways, common restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots and other work areas, as well as trash removal throughout the property
Performs grounds work / landscaping
Snow removal
Assist with third party vendor access and coordination
May be required to respond to emergency maintenance situations
May be required to be on call after-hours for emergency or snow removal efforts
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Follows all safety and OSHA related policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be customer service oriented
Must be able to work as part of a team and have a 'can-do' attitude
Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
Ability to use common tools
Ability to understand and follow directions as given
Ability to work with minimal supervision, use sound judgement and effectively manage time and job responsibilities
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
