Responsibilities

Responsible for handling inbound requests from potential and current customers, including:

Qualifying new warm leads

Answering customer questions

Creating quotes & assisting customers with new quotes

Collaborating with Operations on feasibility requests and delivery

Educate & empower customers to self-serve via our order form when possible

Opportunities to expand relationships with larger customers with proactive outreach to increase engagement and new orders

Encourage customers to convert from transactional orders to a Public Pool subscription

Point of contact for non ICP Public Pool customers

Renewals of Public Pool customers within the Inside Sales portfolio

Required

Mid-level experience in sales or related field
