Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience with insurance, financial documents and/or claims
Computer literate with experience working with Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
Familiarity of vehicle loan processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong data entry/typing/10-key skills
Time management and organization skills
Excellent customer service skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred
Insurance license/background, compliance, or claims handling experience
