Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage conference rooms, including scheduling, setup, and ensuring rooms are presentable before meetings
Provide basic support with virtual meetings (Zoom) when needed
Order office supplies and maintain organized supply rooms
Support senior junior staff with:
Domestic and international travel booking
Expense and time reporting
Calendar management and meeting coordination
Catering arrangements for meetings and events
Maintain a polished front-office presence and uphold professional workplace standards
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in a professional office or corporate environment
Previous experience with travel booking is ideal
Experience with expense reporting systems is ideal (Concur preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-spoken, organized, and service-oriented
Ability to multitask and support multiple team members efficiently
Professional appearance and demeanor required
Preferred
Experience supporting executives or senior professionals
Familiarity with conference room technology and virtual meeting platforms
