Develop and maintain backend services in C#
Build integrations with partner and banking APIs
Automate internal operations and reconciliation processes
Contribute to functional and technical requirements definition
Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to optimize financial workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial experience in backend development using C# / .NET
Proven experience in FinTech systems — core banking, remittance platforms, payment processing
Strong understanding of money movement, reconciliation, and transaction workflows
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, partner/banking integrations, and financial automation
Solid knowledge of SQL databases and experience with data consistency/reconciliation logic
Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services and API-based architectures
Understanding of security and compliance related to financial data exchange
Ability to define and document functional and technical requirements
Experience collaborating with business and operations teams to improve financial processes
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
