The Financial Reporting Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data assets and build Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
Build data movement and transformations within Microsoft Fabric to populate data structures
Build semantic data models including DAX calculations within Fabric/Power BI
Design and build Power BI reports
Create requirement and process documentation
Perform quality testing
Perform ad hoc data analysis to support management decision making with additional tools such as Python and Excel
Qualification
Required
3 – 5 years of operational or financial-oriented analysis required
Business, Finance, Accounting, or Liberal Arts
Familiarity with statistical modeling
Familiarity with using AI automation within development process
Public Speaking skills for presentations to all levels of personnel
Leadership and communication skills
Skill to empathize with customers and employees (good listening skills)
Discipline and Organization
Ability to incorporate management input to team in an effective manner
Ability to stay focused on key customer needs
Preferred
Field service industry experience preferred
