Performance & Planning Analyst Advisor

The Performance & Planning Analyst Advisor role focuses on developing and implementing data reporting strategies to drive data-informed decision-making across the Food NA Sales organization, partnering closely with Senior Sales leaders to build growth strategy reporting.

Responsibilities
Develops and implements highly complex strategy to support business objectives, providing insights, a future vision and plan and recommendations to senior management
Cultivates positive relationships with key partners to understand their data needs, provides insights and finds improvement opportunities, and ensures reporting solutions address key objectives and are strategically integrated into business processes
Understands sales funnel, lead-to-cash, CRM objects to drive growth insights through reporting and expanding metrics in pipeline reviews and business growth planning
Lead Leadership-ready narratives with clear directions and actions through visualizations and executive summaries
Advanced understanding of business strategies with the ability to tie to sales strategy and growth planning
Leads ongoing efforts to improve data analysis and reporting practices and cultivates a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
Creates comprehensive reports and dashboards, ensures data visualizations effectively communicate insights and are user friendly, timely and aligned with business needs
Builds and develops central initiatives to mature data consumption and analytics capabilities
Identifies, recommends and implements analytics and reporting tools to ensure the team has the most effective technology for data processing, visualization, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience
Experience creating and utilizing Data Visualization through tools such as Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau
Preferred
Experience building self-serve semantic layers and enterprise metrics standardization
Understanding of Machine Learning and Modeling
Advanced understanding of Visualization tools (Looker Studio, Qlik, C3.ai, others)
Benefits
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
