Responsibilities
Actively lead and support the build out of SharePoint modern team and communication sites in SharePoint Online
Lead the design and development of business solutions leveraging SharePoint, Power Automate, and/or Power Apps
Provide technical experience in the planning and execution of the enterprise SharePoint strategy
Maintain highly available systems, quickly triage any user impacting event
Partner with key vendors and areas across the firm to provide appropriate technology solutions
Support the user community through direct communication and high touch interactions
Provide technical mentorship to internal stakeholders, peers, and junior associates
Align development and deliverables with the firm's strategic direction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems preferred or equivalent experience
Proficiency in SharePoint Online solutions, development, and/or administration
Proficiency in developing solutions through Power Apps and/or Power Automate
Proven background in design, implementation, migration, and support of SharePoint Online
Strong knowledge of and experience with SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities
Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript/JQuery, PowerShell, CSS
Detailed understanding of project management methodologies, system development lifecycle, infrastructure best practices, risk management concepts and capacity planning
Strong willingness to learn and apply new and emerging technologies
