Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of provider and payvider accounts, with full accountability for retention and growth
Act as the primary executive-level relationship owner for assigned provider organizations
Develop and execute provider growth strategies focused on:
Retention and renewals
Expansion, upsell, and new program adoption
Value realization and outcomes-based storytelling
Lead renewal and expansion discussions, including contract negotiations, in partnership with Sales
Identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing provider relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Product, Technical, and Finance teams to deliver results
Serve as a senior escalation point and ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and engagement data in Hubspot
Stay current on RPM, digital health, and virtual care trends, translating insights into client value and internal product feedback
Demonstrate mastery of AMC Health’s solution set, roadmap, and value proposition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Provider Growth, or Strategic Accounts
Proven success growing and retaining healthcare provider or payvider accounts
Experience leading renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations
Strong ability to influence without authority in matrixed environments
Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience using CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred)
Strategic, independent thinker with strong executive presence
