Responsibilities
Operate and improve Kubernetes clusters supporting both application and GPU based AI workloads
Lead the evolution of our infrastructure as code approach for reproducible, scalable environments
Design and maintain CI and CD pipelines that support rapid, safe iteration
Implement production grade monitoring, logging, and alerting across services and clusters
Support large scale search and data infrastructure running on Kubernetes
Help standardize and streamline customer deployment patterns, including on prem environments
Drive best practices in networking, secrets management, certificate handling, and security hardening
Partner with engineering to balance performance, reliability, and cost
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing production Kubernetes environments
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and networking
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Pulumi
Hands on experience designing CI and CD workflows
Familiarity with observability stacks and production monitoring practices
Preferred
Exposure to GPU workloads in Kubernetes is a strong plus
Experience with Elasticsearch or similar distributed data systems is a plus
