Responsibilities
Lead and manage third-party insurance coverage disputes and opinions
Handle a controlled volume of third-party insurance defense cases
Run files autonomously while partnering closely with colleagues on strategy and execution
Appear regularly for court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings
Maintain strong, proactive client relationships with clear monthly reporting
Deliver high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Qualification
Required
7+ years of focused experience in insurance coverage law
Proven track record handling third-party insurance coverage and defense matters
Comfort with Texas law and procedures (licensing flexibility possible; multi-jurisdictional experience a plus)
Ability to consistently average ~160 billable hours/month
Self-motivated professionals who thrive with autonomy and team collaboration
