Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement company-wide HR policies, processes, and infrastructure
Establish and oversee payroll operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and additional offerings
Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries and support
Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment regulations
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across all departments and position levels
Create and publish job postings, source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews
Prepare and manage offer letters, onboarding workflows, and new hire documentation
Coordinate onboarding logistics, including equipment provisioning and workspace setup
Implement, optimize, and manage HR platforms and tools
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or HR operations roles
Hands-on expertise in payroll processing, benefits administration, and insurance programs
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple job functions
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance best practices
Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience building or scaling HR functions in a growing organization strongly preferred
