Growth and Development Manager (Regional)
SoTalent is seeking a Regional Manager, Growth & Development to support regional leadership in driving agent recruitment, retention, productivity, and engagement. This role is highly people-focused and plays a key part in building a strong, performance-driven culture through coaching, training, and consistent support.

Responsibilities
Lead recruiting outreach with a focus on attracting producing agents
Drive agent retention through regular communication, coaching, and engagement
Deliver sales meetings, in-office training sessions, and mastermind events
Provide one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and onboarding support for new agents
Partner with regional leadership on business planning, skill development, and productivity improvement
Maintain accurate recruiting and follow-up records
Participate in recruiting events, networking opportunities, and career fairs
Serve as a visible, accessible support resource for agents across the region
Support regional growth initiatives and operational needs as required
Qualification
Required
8+ years of real estate experience
5+ years in leadership, coaching, or agent development roles
Strong communication, relationship-building, and mentoring skills
High attention to detail with a consistent, follow-through mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with brokerage systems is a plus
Comfortable traveling locally within the region
