Responsibilities
Deliver professional development (PD) sessions on flat panel hardware and software, plus other district technology platforms
Achieve proficiency in all courses from the vendor catalogue; offer feedback and help design and customise training for individual districts
Build strong relationships with district staff (instructional coaches, administrators, teacher leaders) to support long‑term adoption, training, and ongoing use of hardware and software solutions
Partner with internal teams and sales to support pre‑sales efforts—demonstrations, educational expertise at events (seminars, trade shows)
Support implementation planning, including training rollouts, update processes, and success metrics
Monitor district usage data, align training with district instructional priorities, and recommend enhancements or follow‑up support
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of U.S. classroom teaching experience; valid teaching certification typically required
Extensive experience with any Interactive Flat Panels, lesson design, and training delivery
Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills, with the ability to engage educators at multiple levels (district, campus)
Solid understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and current education trends—including research-based practices in literacy and numeracy
Business acumen to support pre-sales efforts and consult with instructional leadership
Highly organised, results-driven, flexible, and strong follow-up skills
