Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Cloud Order Management configurations, setups, and enhancements
Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within Oracle Cloud SCM
Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production support activities
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant
Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Order Management
Experience with O2C processes, pricing, fulfilment, orchestration, and integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
