Responsibilities
Responsible to reach retail sales targets in the reference area
Responsible to identify key retailers, A&D and developers in the area working in the luxury real estate
Responsible to build long-term collaborations with key stakeholders (retailers, A&D and developers)
Responsible to define customer plans with our partner, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price)
Responsible for carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director
Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D
Working in collaboration with our A&D team to provide specifications for retail Partners
Dealing with back-office team of the HQ in order to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in the sales role preferably in the furniture or design sector
Resident in the North East, USA
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
English mother tongue, other language is a plus
Flexibility to travel
