Responsibilities
Oversee a team of Account Managers and CSRs, while also managing a small book of commercial business
Drive business outcomes by enhancing client retention, achieving operational targets, and adding value to clients
Develop and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary access and training for operational systems
Oversee the evaluation and integration of new hardware systems, ensuring smooth functionality and asset management
Administer carrier relationships and manage key operational systems
Leverage technology to improve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction
Manage backend operations, including book movements, carrier setups, policy downloads, and suspense tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
5+ years of experience in commercial lines, focusing on client services
5+ years of experience with Agency Management Systems
Property & Casualty insurance license
Proven experience in operations management, preferably with IT operations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
