Director/ExecutiveFlura Inc. is building an industrial hemp platform designed for scale. They are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to own execution across operations, supply chain, and systems, ensuring the business runs, scales, and remains profitable as volume increases.

Responsibilities
Building and scaling industrial operations (plants, processing, logistics)
Designing and enforcing SOPs that survive growth, turnover, and bad days
Managing supply chain from feedstock to finished output
Hiring and leading operations teams and plant managers
Owning unit economics, cost controls, and operational KPIs
Translating ambitious plans into executable timelines and capacity
Identifying failure points before they become fires
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and scaling industrial operations (plants, processing, logistics)
Ability to design and enforce SOPs that survive growth, turnover, and bad days
Experience managing supply chain from feedstock to finished output
Experience hiring and leading operations teams and plant managers
Ownership of unit economics, cost controls, and operational KPIs
Ability to translate ambitious plans into executable timelines and capacity
Skill in identifying failure points before they become fires
Background in manufacturing, agriculture, materials, chemicals, energy, or infrastructure
Experience in environments with physical throughput, regulation, and thin margins
Experience in a role where execution actually mattered, not just reporting
Experience in building or scaling real operations, not just managing steady-state
Experience living through supply chain disruptions and learning from them
A bias toward systems over heroics
Ability to speak hard truths without drama
