Responsibilities
Assist in the development and documentation of visual guidelines, helping define how new products and experiences come to life in-store
Support the audit process of showroom presentations across North American locations by collecting visual data, analyzing consistency, and reporting deviations
Collaborate with Retail Experience and Store Design team to create standardized procedures that optimize and scale visual execution in stores
Help maintain a central library of visual reference materials and merchandising best practices
Participate in store visits (virtual and in-person) and assist in the preparation of retail toolkits, visual playbooks, and rollout documents
Contribute ideas and research that support the evolution of store presentation and brand storytelling
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Marketing, Industrial Design, or related field
Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, with a passion for brand storytelling through space and design
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Comfortable analyzing visual data and providing insights to drive consistency
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn from cross-functional teams
Contribute ideas and research that support the evolution of store presentation and brand storytelling
