Responsibilities
Take scheduled discovery calls with loan officers and realtors
Qualify fast: situation, goals, budget, urgency, decision maker
Present Lender Ai’s system and recommend the right plan
Close deals and collect payments
Follow up with leads who do not close on the first call
Do outbound prospecting daily (DMs, email, calling) to build pipeline
Track everything in CRM with clean notes and next steps
Communicate with operations for smooth onboarding handoff
Qualification
Required
1 to 3+ years of sales experience (B2B or high ticket preferred)
Comfortable on Zoom and phone calls
Strong written communication for follow up texts and emails
CRM discipline (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, etc.)
Preferred
Bonus: experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or coaching to LO or realtor audiences
Benefits
Base plus commission, or commission only option for experienced closers
