Account Manager

Responsibilities
Build and manage client relationships by serving as the main point of contact for sales, service, and project-related needs
Understand client requirements and develop customized furniture and interior solutions
Manage order processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Qualification
Required
Customer Relationship Management and Client Service skills
Project Management and Planning expertise, with strong organizational abilities
Knowledge of Contract Furniture, Interior Design, and related industry trends
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
Proficiency in the use of CRM software and other project management tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in sales, account management, or the contract furniture industry is a plus
