This role involves working closely with functional specialists and architects to build and customize applications to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
Customize existing ServiceNow applications to enhance functionality and meet specific business requirements
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and web services
Responsible for implementation of ITOM, HAM, SAM
Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages to automate processes and enhance functionality
Conduct unit testing and support system testing to ensure developed solutions meet quality standards
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications and user guides
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
Experiene with implementation of ITOM, HAM, SAM
Proficiency in JavaScript and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow development
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and GRC
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP APIs)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
