As a Digital/Print Designer, you will take projects from concept to completion, collaborating with a team to create engaging, user-friendly designs across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
Design and produce content that aligns with our brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy for various digital channels
Create engaging visuals for websites, promo product graphics, print collateral, tradeshow materials, email templates, social media, brand campaigns, website banners, and promotional artwork
Develop responsive website designs that deliver optimal user experiences across all devices
Translate client goals into visually compelling, user-friendly layouts
Work within WordPress, assisting developers in implementing your designs
Ensure high-quality standards in typography, color, layout, and overall branding consistency
Work closely with the creative director, developers, and clients to bring ideas to life
Manage multiple projects, tracking deadlines and addressing challenges with creative problem-solving
Maintain project documentation in tools like Notion, keeping stakeholders aligned
Analyze performance data and refine designs based on insights and best practices
Qualification
Required
A strong, creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and web design, UX/UI best practices, and brand strategy
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and front-end web technologies
Experience creating responsive web designs and digital marketing assets
Strong understanding of typography, composition, and digital aesthetics
A collaborative spirit, able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
