Client Engagement & Growth Coordinator (Part-Time)
Pinnacle Ascent Wealth Management is a client-first financial planning and wealth management firm dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support. They are seeking a proactive Client Engagement & Growth Coordinator to strengthen client relationships, enhance communication, and support marketing and event efforts. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to a high-touch service environment.
Investment Management
Responsibilities
Send client touchpoints: birthday cards, holiday cards, thank-you notes, care items, and follow-ups
Assist with quarterly newsletters and communications
Support marketing efforts including social media and content creation
Design engaging materials using Canva
Help coordinate and attend client events and experiences
Track client engagement and milestones
Support scheduling and appointment coordination
Maintain client lists and communication records
Provide light administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Extroverted, friendly, and confident communicator
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Comfortable engaging with clients by phone, in person, and by email
Creative thinker with interest in marketing and client experience
Proficient with basic computer tools (email, calendars, Canva preferred)
Professional demeanor and appearance
Must be able to pass a background check
