Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and analysis of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Deliver financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting analysis
Analyze monthly financial performance. Communicate with senior management, providing executive-level financial results to support informed decision-making
Track and report key performance indicators to monitor financial health and operational efficiency
Responsible for the management of company’s fixed assets
Oversee credit and collections
Collaborate cross-functionally with AP/AR/Cash & Payroll teams
Perform account review and reconciliations
Responsible for general ledger maintenance and support
Ensures the proper classification and accuracy of company expenditures
Develop, implement, maintain and enforce company procedures and controls
Participate in the research, development and implementation of new technologies, processes and procedures

Required

BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 5 years progressive financial accounting/financial analysis including general and cost accounting / job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and familiarity with ERP platforms
Expert communicator and problem solver
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
