Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and refine pricing models to optimize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness
Partner with Operations and Marketing to evaluate pricing initiatives and measure their impact
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to support pricing decisions
Analyze labor trends across swim school locations to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
Support labor forecasting, scheduling optimization, and productivity reporting
Collaborate with Operations to align staffing plans with financial and operational goals
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports as needed
Develop ad hoc financial models and analyses to support leadership decision-making
Partner with Accounting, Operations, Marketing, and HR to improve data accuracy and financial visibility
Participate in process-improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the FP&A function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, industry standards
Strong ability to evaluate financial data, identify trends and risks, and generate well-supported recommendations
Ability to distill complex financial information into clear insights for stakeholders across an organization
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Proactive, accountable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Commitment to continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence
Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making aligned with organizational goals
Preferred
Experience with pricing analysis and/or labor cost management (strongly preferred)
Experience working in a multi-location service business
Familiarity with ADP reporting and analytics tools
Experience with Power BI and MSSQL
