UT, MT, PT Level II NDE Technician
PROtect LLC is seeking a highly skilled NDT Level II Technician with certifications in UT, MT, and PT. This full-time position requires 100% travel and involves conducting non-destructive testing of components and materials while ensuring safety and compliance with established protocols.

Responsibilities
This position will work with the Mechanical Integrity team
Regular travel is required as well as working at heights and in confined spaces. This role operates on a standard 3 week on, 1 week off rotational schedule. Travel is throughout the US
Conduct non-destructive (NDT) testing of components and materials in accordance with applicable codes, standards, equipment utilization, specifications, and procedures
Utilize appropriate NDT methods to perform NDT inspections, including Ultrasonic Thickness, Magnetic Particle and Penetrant Testing
Select, prepare, load, calibrate, or operate equipment used in the non-destructive testing of products or materials
Identify defects in materials using appropriate testing technique
Complete documentation and work orders thoroughly following established protocols and meeting required timeframes
Drive Company vehicles and maintain safe driving record
Provide instructions to assigned assistants and ensure safety of entire team
Perform general cleaning and minor maintenance duties to maintain company vehicles, routinely inspect equipment and maintain shop areas in a clean, orderly and functional condition
Perform duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
NDT Level II Technician with certifications in UT, MT, and PT
Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) knowledge
P&ID interpretation skills
ISO sketching capabilities
Ability to conduct non-destructive (NDT) testing of components and materials
Expertise in multiple NDT methods
Intermediate mechanical knowledge
Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, policies and procedures
Strong work ethic and ability to work long periods of time, up to 16-hour days
Ability to frequently lift and carry objects up to 75 pounds
Ability to occasionally exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 150 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb and work at heights, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, stand for long periods, walk, push, pull, and work in confined spaces
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Insurability through PROtect, LLC insurance carrier
Certification in UT, MT and PT
Twic Card Required
Demonstrated NDT skill, knowledge, and experience
Experience and ability to walk down P&ID's
Experience and ability to sketch ISO's
