In this role, you will support the estimating team on various civil site work projects, working closely with senior estimators and project managers to develop accurate bids.

Responsibilities
Assist with quantity takeoffs for site work, earthwork, utilities, and paving
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
Help prepare estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes
Support bid day activities and post-bid reviews
Maintain organized estimating files and cost databases
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in estimating or a related role within civil/site work construction
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Exposure to site development, utilities, earthwork, or paving preferred
Familiarity with estimating software (HCSS, Agtek, Bid2Win, Bluebeam, or similar is a plus)
