Mid LevelPulseRise Technologies is seeking two experienced Test Experts with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM SMAX to support a German-speaking enterprise project. The role focuses on ensuring quality and stability of ITSM solutions through structured testing and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and document test activities for the ITSM SMAX platform
Design and maintain test cases, scenarios, and test plans
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Validate ITSM processes and workflows implemented in SMAX
Collaborate with developers, process owners, and business stakeholders
Support testing during releases, updates, and deployments
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on technical expertise with ITSM SMAX
Proven experience testing ITSM platforms
Solid knowledge of: Test planning
Solid knowledge of: Test execution
Solid knowledge of: Defect management
Ability to work effectively in a German-speaking project environment
Fluent German (spoken and written)
EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
Willingness to travel to Vienna, Austria
Preferred
Experience with ITIL-based processes
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr, HP ALM)
Experience in enterprise-scale ITSM implementations
ISTQB or similar testing certification
