They are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand their presence in Central Texas by building relationships with new commercial clients and promoting their services during critical times of need.

Responsibilities

Prospect and build relationships with new commercial clients across multiple industries
Promote mitigation, restoration, and remodel services in targeted verticals
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and community outreach opportunities
Represent the Mooring brand with professionalism and purpose
Track sales activity and customer touchpoints using internal systems
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity

Qualification

External sales experienceRelationship buildingMitigation/restoration knowledgeCommercial real estate experienceHunter mentalityCommunication skillsSelf-motivated

Required

3+ years of proven experience in external sales, preferably in restoration, construction, property services, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for results
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

Experience in commercial real estate, insurance, property management, or related industries
Familiarity with mitigation/restoration processes and terminology
Ability to navigate complex client needs and communicate clear value solutions
