The Administrative Director is responsible for emergency department operations, throughput optimization, patient experience outcomes, staffing models, and leadership development
This role drives operational performance, strategic initiatives, policy development, and cultural alignment while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across Emergency Services
This role partners closely with senior clinical and executive leadership to support organizational objectives, quality outcomes, and service line growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years recent Acute Care Emergency Department Director-level experience
Bachelor's degree required
Proven accountability for Emergency Department performance metrics
Experience managing large teams, budgets, and operational workflows
Strong strategic planning, collaboration, and change management skills
Preferred
Multi-site Emergency Department leadership experience preferred
Freestanding Emergency Department leadership experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Master's degree preferred
