Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through research and outreach, ensuring only high-potential opportunities reach the CEO
Data-Driven Pipeline Management: Use analytics to measure performance, maintain detailed interaction records, and collaborate with founders to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates
Strategic Execution: Coordinate qualified meetings, manage follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and adapt strategies based on market feedback and industry trends
Cross-functional Excellence: Work with marketing to align messaging, while leveraging industry knowledge and emerging technology trends to improve outreach effectiveness

Required

Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and familiarity with technology adoption in B2B financial services environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and build relationships with key decision-makers
Experience using data to assess and improve outreach strategies, with proficiency in CRM and sales tools
Ability to pivot quickly in response to changes in industry trends, feedback, and market dynamics
