Mid, Senior LevelLJ Hanson Consulting Inc. is seeking qualified Administrative Law Judges / Hearing Officers to conduct administrative hearings and issue legally sound decisions. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates nationwide, requiring strong legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities
Conduct administrative hearings in person or via telephone
Question parties, manage hearing records, and make evidentiary rulings
Control hearing proceedings to ensure fairness and due process
Perform legal research and draft legally accurate written decisions
Explain hearing procedures to participants and assist them throughout the process
Investigate and respond to customer or procedural complaints
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Bar licensure not required
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage hearings professionally
Preferred
Experience as a Hearing Officer or Administrative Law Judge
Background in social services, public benefits, or administrative law
Prior experience issuing written legal decisions
