Provide regulatory guidance to technology and early-stage companies
Qualification
Required
Experience addressing issues under federal securities laws
Superior academic credentials
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Bar admission in good standing
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Proficiency in legal research, writing, and regulatory analysis
Preferred
SEC experience strongly preferred
Experience working with technology companies or early-stage businesses is a plus
