Customer Service Advisor
Precision Tune Auto Care is a trusted leader in automotive service and is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, engaging with them, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone
Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services
Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections
Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions
Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area
Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
1+ year of automotive service experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle
Preferred
1+ year of sales experience preferred
