Responsibilities
Financial Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing financial performance (Revenue, margins, costs, and profitability)
Budgeting & Forecasting: Leading the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts
Variance Analysis: Analyzing discrepancies between actuals, budgets, and forecasts
Reporting: Producing financial reports and dashboards for senior management
Process Improvement: Contributing to the enhancement of management control tools and processes
Monthly Closing: Participating in monthly closing activities in collaboration with the accounting department
Operational Support: Partnering with operational teams to guide the economic management of their activities
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Finance, Management Accounting, or a top-tier Business School
10+ years of proven track record in financial planning and management control
Strong command of financial fundamentals and corporate reporting
Fluency in English is required
Flexible and open to occasional travel to meet with business partners
Preferred
Proficiency in SAP FI/CO is highly appreciated
Experience with Power BI, Projector or similar data visualization tools is a plus
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with analytical tools
Rigor, strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and a service-oriented approach toward operational partners
