Vice President of Strategic Sales
BlueSky Border Finance is a fintech-driven financial services and technology firm specializing in cross-border financial infrastructure and digital asset solutions. The Vice President of Strategic Sales will be responsible for defining and executing the company's global strategic sales and partnership development strategy, ensuring alignment with the fintech-enabled cross-border financial model and driving revenue growth across North America and global markets.

Lead and oversee BlueSky Border Finance’s global strategic sales strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, market positioning, and revenue objectives
Define and strengthen BlueSky Border Finance’s positioning as a trusted fintech partner for cross-border financial solutions
Develop consistent value propositions across institutional, fintech, and ecosystem audiences
Ensure sales initiatives reinforce credibility, trust, and long-term institutional relationships
Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies supporting new client acquisition and revenue expansion
Lead pipeline development, deal structuring, and institutional engagement in partnership with executive leadership
Develop institutional sales frameworks targeting banks, asset managers, payment providers, fintech platforms, and market infrastructure participants
Optimize client journey, engagement touchpoints, and conversion strategies across channels
Build and manage strategic relationships with financial institutions, fintech platforms, liquidity providers, and ecosystem partners
Structure scalable partnership models that support long-term collaboration and mutual growth
Represent BlueSky Border Finance in high-level negotiations with partners, clients, and stakeholders
Enable co-selling, co-branding, and ecosystem expansion initiatives
Identify emerging market opportunities in cross-border finance, digital payments, digital assets, and capital markets connectivity
Translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies and partnership opportunities
Support expansion into new geographies through targeted institutional engagement
Provide strategic input into product and platform development based on client and market feedback
Implement sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics linking sales activity to business outcomes
Leverage CRM systems, analytics, and sales technology to improve efficiency, targeting, and conversion
Continuously optimize sales processes, messaging, and engagement strategies based on performance insights
Align sales investments with revenue growth and long-term strategic value
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global strategic sales team
Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, product, compliance, and executive teams
Develop sales capabilities, talent pipelines, and leadership succession
Champion a culture of accountability, performance, and institutional excellence
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales leadership within financial services, fintech, capital markets, or digital finance
Proven success in building and scaling institutional sales functions in global or high-growth environments
Strong understanding of cross-border finance, fintech platforms, and institutional financial ecosystems
Demonstrated expertise in partnership-driven sales, complex deal structuring, and go-to-market execution
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
