Represent national and regional real estate owners and developers in all aspects of purchase, sale, leasing, development, and construction
Represent lenders in connection with construction and acquisition loans and other financing-related matters
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Take an active role in leasing, purchase/sale transactions, financing, construction, development, and closing of real estate and loan transactions
Qualification
Required
4 to 8 years of experience in real estate practice
Experience representing national and regional real estate owners and developers in all aspects of purchase, sale, leasing, development, and construction
Experience in representing lenders in connection with construction and acquisition loans and other financing-related matters
Strong interpersonal skills
Organized self-starter
