Mid LevelAll Roads Trucks is seeking a Service Writer to join their team in Rosedale, MD. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with the repair process using prior service writing experience and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in line with dealership standards
Schedule appointments and accurately document information, CDK helpful
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications
Communicate vehicle status regularly with customers to include repair time, cost and any changes
Additional duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Prior service writing experience (truck experience preferred)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Prior service writing experience (heavy duty truck preferred)
