Responsibilities
Lead technical and commercial engagements with enterprise customers, from initial discovery and solution architecture to contract negotiation and implementation oversight
Design and architect innovative, cloud-based solutions that address business issues, leveraging expertise in infrastructure, data analytics, and application development
Build and present compelling proofs-of-concept (POCs) and technical demonstrations to showcase the value and feasibility of proposed solutions
Lead cross-functional teams including customer engineers, product managers, and partners to ensure implementation and customer adoption. Externally, cultivate and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a primary technical advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and their leadership teams
Drive business growth by growing spend within the existing customer base and acquiring new enterprise logos
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
10 Years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as a Technology Sales, Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, or Executive Sales Engineer
Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues or selling AI technology to clients
Experience with cloud technologies including infrastructure, database, and analytics services
Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams
Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical)
Preferred
8 years of experience designing and building production-grade applications on public cloud platforms or 10 years selling cloud technology
Experience with modern application development practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture
Experience working with internal and external technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases
Experience growing an existing customer base and acquiring new logos to increase spend and accelerate consumption business
Experience cultivating C-level relationships and collaborating with executive stakeholders
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go)
