Resource Metrix supports USCG SFLC in overseeing all contract work, coordinating delivery across data indexing, analytics, automation, and training tasks. The role serves as the single point of contact to the CO/COR, responsible for overall program execution, reporting, risk management, schedule control, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Act as single POC to CO/COR; ensure alternates are designated

Maintain availability M–F, 0800–1600 ET; respond to technical issues within 24 hours

Lead Project Plan development, updates, and quality control

Oversee Tasks 1–3 including indexing, automation pilots, and training

Conduct monthly meetings, progress reports, and milestone updates

Enforce security, Section 508, EA/TRM, and MP-ICAM/CAC compliance
